The processors carefully insure all documents are present and decide if other documentation will be required for underwriting. 3) After our qualified processors complete their part of your file, it is confidentially transferred to the Underwriting department where the final loan approval process is completed.

4) Finally, you will “close” or sign all of your approved loan documents at an attorney’s office or title company. Congratulations!
